David Lutje Hulsik, PhD, is Senior Director of Bioinformatics and Protein Engineering at Gyes BV. He has more than 15 years of experience in antibody discovery and engineering, combining structural bioinformatics, computational design and experimental protein science. Before joining Gyes, David held positions at LAVA Therapeutics and Aduro Biotech, contributing to different therapeutic antibody programs that progressed into clinical development. He is co-inventor on multiple antibody-related patents and an author of publications in antibody engineering, structural biology and immunology. His current work focuses on designing innovative multispecific antibodies and translating molecular insights into novel therapeutic mechanisms.
