Dr. Jenny Laird is Vice-President & Global Head of Business Development, Search & Evaluation at Eli Lilly and Company, leading neuroscience in-licensing, M&A and investing. She started her drug discovery career at Merck and then moved into leadership roles at AstraZeneca. She holds doctorates from the University of Bristol and the University of Alicante and served as an honorary Professor of Pharmacology at McGill University. Dr. Laird also serves as a trustee on the board of Royal Holloway, University of London, and as a non-executive director at several private biotechs.
