Jim Pankovich is the Executive Vice President of Clinical Development at Bold Therapeutics, where he leads research and development, regulatory strategy, and clinical trial operations. He plays a central role in driving the clinical progress of Bold Therapeutics’ lead asset, BOLD-100—a first-in-class metallotherapeutic currently in Phase 2 clinical development for the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancers. With over three decades of executive and operational experience across the biopharmaceutical and health research sectors, Jim possesses extensive expertise in oncology drug development. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and executed Phase 1 through Phase 3 clinical trials, led global clinical operations, and contributed to key regulatory submissions, including New Drug Applications.
