I'm blessed to work with a multidisciplinary team utilising cutting-edge DNA technologies, Machine Learning, data engineering and international relations to discover new biochemistries from nature.

As the Collaboration Innovation Lead at Basecamp Research, I work on building large-scale bilateral access and benefit-sharing partnerships worldwide. Together, our team is developing molecular biology capabilities enhancing bio literacy, transferring knowledge, and contributing to successful grant applications for partners and showcasing the value of biodiversity through our established royalties delivery system.

With a deep-rooted commitment to environmental conservation, I bring extensive partnership and scientific experience, including 2.5 years in Antarctica as a Marine Biologist, Scientific Diver, Boat captain, and resident of Rothera Research Station. My career blends scientific expertise with strategic engagement, ensuring biodiversity is both understood, valued and protected.
