Melindah Sharma is Global Senior Vice President, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Strategic Engagement & New Growth at Dassault Systèmes, where she is building new engines of growth across strategic customer engagement, emerging markets, women’s health and public-sector innovation. A life sciences executive with nearly three decades across pharma, biotech, diagnostics and medtech, she has led strategy, commercialization and large-scale transformation across more than 20 countries, including leadership roles at Manatt Health and Johnson & Johnson, after beginning her career at Millennium Pharmaceuticals.

A first-generation Indian-American, Melindah brings commercial rigor and a deeply global perspective to expanding access and improving health outcomes. She is a Health Innovators Fellow with The Aspen Institute and serves on the American Heart Association’s International Committee. She believes the next era of life sciences will be defined by our ability to connect science, technology, capital and human experience to turn innovation into meaningful impact for patients everywhere.
