Morten Graugaard has been CEO of Orbis Medicines since January 2025, having previously spent nearly three years as Executive Chair of its Board. He joined from Novo Holdings, where he was a Partner focused on company creation in life sciences. Morten joined Novo Seeds in 2016 as Investment Director. Earlier in his career he was Director of Corporate Development at H. Lundbeck.
