Natascha Missbach is CEO and Co-Founder of nagene GmbH. Before founding nagene, she led Gene Synthesis and Molecular Biology at Eurofins Genomics Synthesis Europe and previously held quality control and microbiology roles at Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim and Takeda.

She holds a BSc in Bioengineering and an MSc in Biotechnological Quality Management from FH Campus Wien and is completing a Doctor of Business Administration at Middlesex University London.

Her background combines gene synthesis, GMP, quality management and operational leadership, with a particular focus on reliable development and manufacturing workflows in biotechnology.
