Teresa brings more than 15 years of international experience in business development, key account management and strategic partnerships across the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, having held key roles at Recipharm and IDT Biologika.

At BioCina, Teresa works closely with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to develop manufacturing strategies and identify the right pathways for advancing clinical programs. Her expertise spans biologics, microbial and plasmid manufacturing, mRNA and LNP programs, as well as sterile drug product and fill-finish.

Based in Europe and working closely with BioCina’s operations in Australia, Teresa brings a valuable cross-market perspective on how Australia’s regulatory environment, clinical ecosystem and manufacturing capabilities can support emerging biopharma companies in efficiently advancing their programs towards First-in-Human studies.
