Arvind Kushwaha is Vice President & Head of Quality at Kemwell Biopharma, a US FDA-approved biopharmaceutical CDMO based in Bengaluru, India. With over 24 years of experience across Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and MSAT, he has built and led high-performing teams throughout the product lifecycle, from development and technology transfer to commercial manufacturing.

Prior to Kemwell, Arvind held leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Amgen, Lonza, and Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he spearheaded complex biologics manufacturing, quality systems, facility start-ups, process scale-up, and global regulatory compliance initiatives. His expertise spans quality excellence, regulatory readiness, technology transfer, and the commercialization of biopharmaceutical products.
