James E. Boyle, JD, is Associate Director of Experiential Partnership Development in Northeastern University's Office of the Chancellor, where he leads employer engagement efforts to build and expand co-op and other talent acquisition partnerships across the university's global network. Since joining Northeastern in 2009, he has held a series of increasingly senior roles in employer engagement and strategic industry relations — generating thousands of co-op, full-time, and other hiring partnerships for organizations locally, nationally, and globally, including many in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Jim brings over two decades of experience spanning higher education, public policy, and economic development, including prior roles in the New Bedford Massachusetts Port Authority, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
