Younghoon Oh, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. He previously worked in microbial metabolic engineering and fermentation, contributing to multiple publications and inventions. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Delaware, studying HCP persistence under Prof. Lenhoff. In his current role he supports early and late-phase downstream purification development and serves as scientific integrator for an antibody–drug conjugate program. He leads a team focused on downstream technology to address HCP challenges and plays a key role in cross-functional, multi-company initiatives to reduce HCP-related risks.
