Sharon is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in competition law and the promotion of competition in the regulated sectors. Currently a Director at the CMA working in the CMA’s Legal Service, leading its Policy & Practice team, overseeing among other things competition policy and the concurrency arrangements. She joined the CMA in 2014 from the legal team at Ofcom, having joined Ofcom in 2011 from Postcomm following a brief period at the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) in the Cartels and Criminal Enforcement Group. Prior to that Sharon was a counsel in the Competition/Antitrust group at Linklaters.
