Elisabeth is EU Affairs Manager at Telefónica's Brussels office, where she helps shape and advance the company's engagement with European policymakers and institutions. In her role, she contributes to advancing Telefónica Group's public policy and regulatory priorities at EU level, with a particular focus on representing and promoting the interests of Telefónica Germany. Her work covers digital, telecommunications, connectivity, and competition policy issues. She closely follows EU competition and merger control developments and supports Telefónica's Competition team in Madrid on antitrust, merger control, and foreign subsidies matters. In addition, she works on industrial policy files, including security, resilience, and satellite communications.

Before joining Telefónica, Elisabeth built her expertise in European public affairs through roles in consulting, industry, and EU institutions, working on a wide range of policy issues including healthcare, industrial policy, and raw materials.

She holds a Master's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from IE University.
