Noemi Gonzalez serves as General Manager of Market Street – The Woodlands, a premier 560,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle destination in The Woodlands, Texas. With more than a decade of experience at Market Street, including nearly 10 years as Marketing Director before being named General Manager in 2025, Noemi brings a unique combination of expertise in property operations, marketing, placemaking, community engagement and strategic partnerships to her leadership role.

Throughout her tenure, Noemi has played an integral role in the continued evolution of Market Street as one of the region’s leading shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. She has led transformative initiatives including the revitalization of Central Park, the expansion of Market Street’s community programming to more than 250 events annually, and partnerships that have strengthened the property’s luxury retail presence and overall guest experience.

As General Manager, Noemi oversees the day-to-day performance and strategic direction of Market Street, including property operations, tenant relations, leasing support, budgeting and financial performance, capital improvements, security, maintenance and the overall guest experience. Her leadership philosophy is centered on creating a best-in-class environment for tenants, visitors and the community while ensuring Market Street continues to evolve and remain one of The Woodlands’ most vibrant destinations.

Beyond Market Street, Noemi is deeply engaged in the economic, cultural and philanthropic organizations that help shape The Woodlands community. She serves on the boards of Interfaith of The Woodlands, The Woodlands Economic Development Partnership, Visit The Woodlands, and The Woodlands Arts Council. Through these roles, she works alongside community and business leaders to support economic development, tourism, the arts and the overall quality of life in The Woodlands.
