Hassan Salamony is COO and Co-Founder of 3AI, a machine-learning investment intelligence firm building AI-driven tools and investment solutions for global asset managers, hedge funds and financial institutions.

Hassan leads 3AI’s commercial strategy and institutional partnerships, working with asset managers, index providers and product manufacturers to apply machine learning across investment research, portfolio construction and product design. 3AI’s technology transforms large volumes of financial and market data into forward-looking stock and sector intelligence, with a focus on augmenting human investment judgement rather than replacing it.

3AI works with leading global financial institutions and has developed live investment products and solutions spanning AI-enhanced indices, ETFs and insurance-linked investment strategies, including partnerships with S&P Dow Jones Indices, Pacer ETFs and Barclays.

Prior to co-founding 3AI, Hassan spent more than two decades in global financial markets, including as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and Director at Barclays. He holds a Distinction in Algorithmic Trading from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from the London School of Economics.
