As one of the founding Directors of First Point Group, I have over 20 years of recruitment experience working within the Telecoms and Technology recruitment industry.

I have overseen the expansion of FPG to a global business with a $88 million turnover and successfully supplied recruitment services to over 190 countries.

As Managing Director, I oversee FPG's global client teams and spearheads the Groups sales and marketing strategies, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

I was previously a General Manager of a £250M hotel consultancy company - delivering hotel services to over 60 countries.

I am also a Non-Executive Director on other recruitment company boards and is a Director of the Fieldsave Charity in the UK.
