Nicole leads operational due diligence and consulting mandates for FLP Atrato Consulting clients. She brings more than 25 years of experience across front, middle, and back office operations at alternative and traditional investment management firms. Her work spans investment operations, governance, controls, and risk management.

Before joining FLP, Nicole held senior operational due diligence consulting roles at Kroll/Duff & Phelps and RVK, Inc. She assessed private equity, venture capital, private credit, real asset, hedge fund, and traditional managers for institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Earlier, she spent more than two decades in operations and trading roles, including 15 years at TCW Group, LLC.
