Myriam is a seasoned HR executive and the Senior Vice President – Head of Talent Management, Acquisition and Organisation Design at the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in the UAE. Renowned for her strategic vision, she has played a founding role since 2023 in building the Authority's HR function from the ground up. Myriam is committed to delivering exceptional employee experiences, fostering innovation and building high-performing organisations.

Before joining GCGRA, Myriam spent more than a decade at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), holding several senior HR positions. She led large-scale recruitment efforts across 16 countries, oversaw C-level and board appointments and contributed to the post-merger integration of NBAD and FGB. She also led talent initiatives for the inauguration of the bank in KSA, Iraq, China and ADGM. Her hands-on approach has solidified her reputation as a leader in international talent acquisition, consistently delivering strategic HR solutions in complex environments by combining agility with operational excellence.
