As CFO since 2006, Suzann oversees Jackson Square Properties’ finance and operations. Under her leadership, Jackson Square has seen considerable growth in both the number and value of our owned assets and development projects.

Suzann’s close attention to detail ensures proper reporting of historical and projected financial data to principals, partners, bankers, and agencies. She keeps this small, active team working together to achieve the goals of all stakeholders.

Suzann is a California-licensed CPA (inactive), and she has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus. She also holds an MBA from the Columbia University/UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Joint Program.
