Andrei Novak is Assistant Vice President and Real Estate Asset Manager with Mackenzie Investments in Toronto and is responsible for all aspects of investment, asset management and growth of Eastern Canada assets owned by IG Mackenzie Real Property Fund. Eastern Canada portfolio consists of a diversified pool of income producing and development properties with net assets’ value of approximately $1.9 billion encompassing approximately 10 million square feet.

Andrei Novak joined the Mackenzie real estate portfolio management team in 2015. Andrei started his career in the real estate industry in 2002 with one of the major National development companies and gained valuable experience in development, acquisitions, and asset management during his career. Prior to joining Mackenzie Investments, Andrei worked for a prominent Canadian pension fund and was responsible for executing over $2.0 billion in acquisitions and dispositions across all asset classes in Canada.

Andrei holds an MBA degree from Murray State University, Murray Kentucky and is a CFA charter holder and a member of Toronto CFA society.
