Mike Sacha is an Asset Manager with Colliers, leading strategy and value creation for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Mike combines rigorous financial analysis with an operator’s understanding of buildings, tenants, and evolving market demand. His work encompasses leasing strategy, capital allocation, redevelopment, asset positioning, and the development of new revenue-generating products and services.

In Edmonton, Mike is guiding asset strategy for the redevelopment of ATB Place and spearheaded the launch of Capital Suites, a flexible workplace offering at 44 Capital Boulevard designed to activate underutilized space and respond to changing occupier needs. He is particularly focused on balancing rental growth with occupancy, tenant retention, and long-term asset value through creative deal structures, targeted capital investment, and an elevated tenant experience. Mike holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta.
