Oraska Tam, CFA, serves as Vice President, Asset Management at LaSalle, where she is responsible for executing asset management strategies across a diverse portfolio of property types and risk strategies throughout Canada. Bringing comprehensive real estate experience to her role, Oraska focuses on financial analysis, valuations, market monitoring, and portfolio oversight to drive asset performance and inform strategic investment decisions.

Prior to joining LaSalle, Oraska was with Fiera Real Estate, where she developed expertise in asset management, financial modeling, and investment analysis across institutional real estate portfolios.

Professionally, she is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
