Chris Baker serves as the Head of Capital Markets for Dwight Mortgage Trust, where he leads the structuring, execution, and management of the firm’s financing strategies across warehouse lines, securitizations, A-Note financings, and corporate debt facilities. He plays a key role in optimizing the capital stack, supporting loan origination growth, and expanding institutional investor relationships.

Prior to joining Dwight Mortgage Trust, Chris held a senior role in real estate capital markets at Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies. Chris began his real estate career in CMBS and balance sheet lending at Barclays. He received a B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Real Estate from Cornell University.
