Mr. Kapur is responsible for leading Morgan Stanley’s CMBS & CRE CLO Syndication business, with a focus on the syndication, distribution and pricing of securitized commercial real estate debt. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, securitization and structured finance. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Mr. Kapur spent more than six years at Citi, where he worked across CMBS syndication, loan trading and structuring. Mr. Kapur received his M.A. from Brandeis University.
