Mike Wilson is a founding partner and President of StarPlex Real Estate Solutions and StarPlex General Services, LLC. He leads the firm's capital markets, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives, including the development and structuring of StarPlex investment vehicles. Since co-founding StarPlex in 2022, Mr. Wilson has helped build the firm into a Texas-focused real estate finance platform providing lot banking, finished-lot financing, and land development capital to homebuilders and developers.

Mr. Wilson brings more than 35 years of executive leadership, capital formation, transaction, and operating experience across public and private companies. Prior to StarPlex, he led capital formation for a publicly registered real estate investment firm, where he was responsible for structuring, marketing, and distributing public and private real estate investment offerings that raised more than $1.2 billion in investor capital. He previously held FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 registrations.

Mr. Wilson also has significant public-company transaction experience, including directing the public listing of the firm's largest investment fund, playing a senior leadership role in the successful merger of a publicly traded real estate investment company, and leading the defense against an unsolicited acquisition effort. His experience spans M&A, capital markets, activist defense, and other complex public-company matters.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilson held senior operating, technology, and strategy roles with Electronic Data Systems/OnStar, MatchLogic/Excite@Home, and Interelate, Inc.

Mr. Wilson earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and an MBA from Wayne State University. He also completed the Business Executive Development Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
