Joined Wentworth Property Company in 2024 as Managing Director to lead their multifamily efforts. In February 2026 took on the added responsibility of overseeing the management, expansion, and cultivation of the firm’s capital partnerships, with a focus on building out a private capital investment platform to compliment Wentworth’s institutional partnership foundations. He brings nearly 20 years of experience leading acquisitions at mid- and large-scale investment firms along with other roles in construction management, operations and mortgage banking. Prior to Wentworth Property Company, Phil spent seven years with Knightvest Capital out of Dallas where he opened the Phoenix office and prior to the he developed an acquisition platform for Phoenix based owner/operator P.B. Bell. Throughout his career, he has overseen the acquisition of nearly 12,000 units, representing a transaction volume of nearly $1.8 billion.
