Mr. Hill is a 43-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. For the past 37 years, he has specialized in developing and acquiring retail centers, build-to-suit projects, and tenant representation in the Mid-Atlantic States. During this time, Mr. Hill has developed or acquired and currently owns over 1,300,000 square feet of retail centers and free-standing assets through Retail Sites, LLC, and other partnerships. Also, during this time, Mr. Hill was responsible for the identification and/ordevelopment of over 80 sites for Commerce Bank, 20 sites for Jiffy Lube, and over 60 additional sites for clients such as Giant Foods, Royal Farms, HigherGround Education, CVS Drug Stores, Starbucks,Burger King and Kinder Care in multiple metropolitan markets.

Retail Sites, LLC was formed in 2007 and develops and acquires shopping centers, free-standing commercial projects, and medical assets for its own account. Typical projects include: The Shoppes at Upper Providence in Upper Providence, PA, a 62,307 sf shopping center; The Shoppes at Brookhaven, a 150,000 sf Giant Food and LA Fitness anchored shopping center in Brookhaven, PA.

Prior to the formation of Retail Sites, LLC, Mr. Hill was Executive Vice President of Site Development, Inc. and Interstate Commercial Real Estate for 25 years. During this time, he identified and developed multiple sites for clients and acquired, developed, and leased multiple retail centers. Mr. Hill was Vice President of the investment banking firm Butcher and Singer in its real estate group for four years and is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance/Real Estate.

Mr. Hill is Chairman of CollectiveCare Dental LLC, a nine-office dental service organization with operations in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Hill is also active in the non-profit world, serving as Chairman of the Board of UrbanPromise, a 31-year non-profit in Camden, NJ, that provides education, leadership, and community services to children in Camden, NJ, and operates a school for 1st through 12th grades. He is also a Director of the United States Track and Field Foundation, which supports Olympic and elite track and field athletes competing internationally and helps local organizations grow participation in Track and Field.

Mr. Hill has lectured at the Wharton School and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers
