Santiago joined Momentum Real Estate Partners, LLC in 2012 and currently serves as Director of Operations and Partner. In this role, he oversees the operations, accounting, and financial performance of all properties.

He is responsible for developing and implementing value-enhancement strategies through the effective allocation of resources. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of 4,440 units, representing approximately $1.38 billion in transaction value. Additionally, he oversees the financial reporting process and plays an active role in capital-raising and investor-relations efforts.

Prior to joining Momentum, Santiago worked as an investment associate with Prudential Real Estate Investors in Mexico City, where he managed mixed-use and affordable-housing platforms valued at more than $1.5 billion. Before joining Prudential, he spent two years as a strategic consultant at A.T. Kearney in Mexico, contributing to a wide range of projects. These included work with Mexico’s Ministry of Economy on initiatives designed to strengthen the country’s competitiveness across various industries.

Santiago holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Real Estate and Finance. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, graduating magna cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico
