Taylor is the Director – Investments at Golden Primera, responsible for acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio management. He has diverse experience covering acquisitions, development, asset management, and construction across various sectors of the real estate industry.

Prior to joining Golden Primera, Taylor served as Vice President – Acquisitions and Development for Gaia Real Estate, a real estate private equity firm focused on multifamily assets across Sunbelt markets and New York City. He has also held roles with Hanover Company, a Houston-based multifamily developer, and Vanbarton Group, a NYC-based real estate private equity firm. Taylor graduated with a civil engineering degree from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
