Ty Henderson has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, alternative investments, capital formation, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in raising more than $1 billion in capital across a variety of public and private investment programs, working extensively with registered investment advisors, family offices, independent broker-dealers, and high-net-worth investors.

Since 2006, Ty has concentrated his capital raising efforts within the single-family residential housing sector, specializing in financing land acquisition and development, finished lot banking, and new home construction.

In his current role as Director of Business Development, Ty’s responsibilities primarily focus on capital raising initiatives and managing investor relations. He maintains vital long-term relationships with both our investor base and the financial advisor community and plays an integral role in the development of new investment offerings and associated fundraising efforts.

Ty earned a BBA in Finance from Texas State University in 1992 and has spent his entire professional career in the financial and real estate investment industries.
