APEX IOS invests nationally on behalf of institutional investors in major and growing markets. As Managing Partner, Alex sets the firm's overall investment strategy, oversees portfolio management, and directs new strategic initiatives. Before founding APEX, Alex was a founding Partner and Head of Investments at Zenith IOS, a national industrial outdoor storage platform. Over the course of his career, he has acquired more than $1B in IOS assets across 80 transactions. Earlier, as Director of Acquisitions at Abingdon Square Partners, Alex focused on industrial and self-storage investments in New York, Florida, and Texas. Alex holds a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
