Chris Clothier is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, philanthropist, husband, and father of five. Closing in on three decades of experience in real estate investing, Chris is co-founder and Partner of REI Nation Real Estate Services, his family’s real estate investment and property management company. Today, REI Nation manages 8,200+ single-family homes across the Southeast and has helped more than 3,000 investors build investment portfolios totaling $2 Billion in managed asset value.

Chris is also the author of The Turnkey Revolution, published by McGraw Hill in 2017, detailing how real estate investors can build passive portfolios. Chris regularly speaks to real estate investors and business professionals nationwide. He also writes weekly on topics including real estate, business, fitness, childhood cancer, and leadership.

Beyond real estate, Chris is passionate about philanthropy and supporting children with cancer. He recently published, We Never Kick Alone, a book dedicated to children and families navigating childhood cancer. Through his work, Chris brings together decades of business experience, a commitment to service, and a passion for helping others grow.
