Bryndee started her first real estate company in 2013 along with her husband, Kyle. What started as a side gig of duplexes turned into a full-time business flipping houses, creating vacation rentals, and developing larger multifamily deals. Her specialty is managing large re-construction and staging projects remotely, as she has successfully managed and completed projects across 65+ different cities. She is a co-founder of an experience based vacation rental portfolio called Loma Homes which leaves guests with an immersive experience and unforgettable memories. . Bryndee now focuses on creating data-driven designs and amenity upgrades for other STR investors through her company, Revedy Refined.
