Erinne is Senior Group Director of Clinical Programs in Early Oncology at AstraZeneca, where she also serves as AI Center of Excellence Lead for Early Oncology Programs & Operations. With over 20 years in solid tumor oncology across both CRO and sponsor organizations, she has led programs through 7 successful global drug and biologic registrations, including nearly a decade at Novartis, where she contributed to 6 of those approvals. As Global Head of Site Management & Oversight at Daiichi Sankyo, she built the department from the ground up and led the team's shift to COVID-era study operations, including direct-to-patient drug delivery and remote patient visits. Erinne holds a PhD in Health Sciences from Rutgers University, with research expertise in health equity and clinical trial disparities.
