Dr. David Okoh Kpeglo is a Chief Research Scientist at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission and the president of African NORM and Radon Association (ANRA). He is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences (University of Ghana, Atomic Campus). He has over 17 years of experience in environmental radioactivity and radiation protection and has co-authored more than 60 articles in peer-reviewed journals.

He currently serves as Vice Dean/Deputy Director of the Graduate School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences and was the Scientific Secretary and a key contributor to the NORM XI Symposium 2025 held in Accra. Dr. Kpeglo has also consulted for several NORM-related industries as a NORM Qualified Expert, Radiation Protection Adviser, Radiation Protection Trainer, and Radiation Protection Auditor.
