Jean-Philippe Lavallée serves as Chief, Real Estate Transactions and Development at the National Capital Commission (NCC), where he leads a team of dedicated professionals responsible for advancing some of the organization's most significant real estate initiatives. He oversees complex acquisitions, partnerships and development projects that support the long-term vision for Canada's Capital Region.

Over the course of his career, Jean-Philippe has successfully led numerous landmark transactions, including the NCC's acquisition of the former Chapters building and the negotiation of key agreements with Capital Sports Development Inc. (CSDI) for the development of the new Ottawa Senators arena at LeBreton Flats.

Before joining the NCC's ranks, Jean-Philippe practiced as a real estate lawyer for close to ten years, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development matters. His unique combination of legal expertise and public-sector leadership provides valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges shaping today's real estate landscape.
