As Global Sr. Director, AI & Automation, she leads the strategy and implementation of generative AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and deliver measurable business value.

She oversees a team of BPA AI & Automation Analysts, Developers, and Prompt Builders focused on identifying and delivering practical solutions that support meeting managers, sourcing managers, and other business roles across the organization. A key part of her work includes leading the evolution and adoption of EMPOWER Assist, helping teams work smarter, save time, and increase impact. Her focus is on turning innovation into results by driving productivity, supporting team engagement, and providing ROI through technology performance.
