Jason Borek serves as Chief Growth Officer of The Pinnacle Group, an affiliate of Pinnacle Innovation Financial Services. In this role he leads enterprise growth initiatives across the Pinnacle Innovation platform, which includes ClientGen, RIA VA Solutions, Finspire Creative, and The Pinnacle Group. His focus is developing strategic partnerships, expanding broker-dealer and RIA relationships, and building platforms that help financial advisors grow their practices while better serving their clients.

Jason joined The Pinnacle Group in 2008 and has held several leadership roles as the organization expanded, including Senior Vice President of Distribution and Chief Distribution Officer.

Jason serves as Pastor and Preaching Founding Elder of The Resting Place, a church plant in Virginia. He and his wife Erika are long-time supporters of Elpis International, a ministry serving orphans, widows, and evangelists in Ethiopia. Jason lives in Virginia with Erika and their three children, Kimmy, Nolan, and Reagan.
