Bianca de Teffé Erb is a Partner at Deloitte and EMEA AI Risk Leader, advising organisations on AI risk, governance, and regulatory compliance. She leads Deloitte's AI Risk agenda across the EMEA region, translating emerging AI risks and regulatory requirements into practical governance models, operating frameworks, and controls. She has supported leading financial institutions and international organisations, including NATO, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and the European Space Agency (ESA), in addressing complex technology, AI, and risk challenges. Bianca is also a PhD researcher in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Milan, where her research focuses on enterprise AI governance architecture and operating models, bridging academic research with practical approaches to governing AI at scale.
