Dimitris Bartzilas is Managing Director and Head of Operational Risk and Resilience for EMEA at Goldman Sachs, where he leads the regional function across all businesses and major legal entities. He has over 20 years of experience across non-financial risk, operational resilience, capital and risk analytics.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Dimitris spent 14 years at Credit Suisse, where he held global leadership roles in Non-Financial Risk and led the development of award-winning risk analytics and capital solutions.

He previously served on the Board of Directors of ORX and holds an MSc in Modelling and Management of Risk from Brunel University.
