Laura is a Partner in the New York office of McKinsey & Company and a leader in McKinsey’s Risk and CIB Practices. Since first joining the firm in 2013, she has worked with clients across financial services on an array of strategy, risk, operational, and organizational topics.

• Laura was previously a Managing Director at BNP Paribas USA, serving as the US Head of Transformation and Chief of Staff to the COO of the Americas. There she led a number of platform-wide programs, including large-scale regulatory remediations, a zero-based cost saving effort creation of a shared service center for the US, location/real estate strategy, and talent agility across the COO perimeter
• Previously Laura spent several years at Credit Agricole in interest rate derivatives, both in structuring and sales roles
• Laura received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Engineering from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Art and Science
