Lisa Galletta helps shape bank capital policy through a practical understanding of risk, regulation, and capital markets. As Head of U.S. Prudential Risk at ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association), she leads U.S. prudential capital advocacy and the New York Risk and Capital team, alongside global initiatives covering counterparty credit risk, credit valuation adjustment, securities financing, and digital assets.

Much of Lisa's work involves turning complex technical issues and differing industry perspectives into clear, actionable policy positions. Her focus spans Basel III and trading-book capital reform, cross-product netting, and the evolving prudential treatment of digital assets and tokenized collateral. She brings 19+ years of experience across ISDA, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and KPMG, and holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University.
