Ndivhuho is a seasoned financial services executive and Chief Risk Officer with 26 years of experience across the insurance and asset management sectors. She holds an honours degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, combining deep technical risk expertise with strong commercial judgement. Her insurance experience spans the full value chain, including product design and pricing, reinsurance, capital modelling, scenario testing, solvency and asset-liability management. This breadth of expertise enables her to balance disciplined financial risk management with a robust oversight framework for emerging and non-financial risks.

As a progressive risk leader, Ndivhuho positions enterprise risk management as a strategic partner to the business. She works with executive teams and boards to embed risk considerations into decision-making, strengthen risk culture and support sustainable value creation.

Ndivhuho is an active member of The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA). She also represents FirstRand Life on the Systemic Risk Board Committee of the Association for Savings & Investment SA (ASISA).
