Noah Broestl is an expert in the responsible development and use of generative AI products at Boston Consulting Group. He builds end-to-end responsible AI products and processes. Noah has over two decades of experience in technology development, including data collection, vendor operations, AI model training and evaluation, AI model deployment, and post-launch monitoring. He has in-depth experience in system evaluation, including red-teaming, benchmarking, and post-launch monitoring.

Noah specializes in testing and evaluating frontier AI systems as they move from lab to live deployment. While at Google, he led safety evaluations for Bard, the company's first generative AI product, and has carried through his work at BCG across client engagements and industries. Noah's work in test and eval focuses on extending frontier methods and adapting them to the messier constraints of live systems, incomplete data, and organizations still building the muscle to run this kind of testing themselves.

Noah's experience in ethics and the social sciences informs his approach to projects that cover the journey from value-based principles and thinking through second- and third-order effects of advanced technologies. Noah is a published author and speaker on AI technologies, their domain-specific considerations, and frameworks for ethical decision-making.
