Profile

Scott is a Fraud Protection Consultant (EMEA) with over 37 years in Financial Services, including 33 years at NatWest Group. He was Head of Fraud Investigations & Chargeback Operations, leading over 400 staff across several UK & Ireland centres, with additional oversight of NatWest’s Fraud centres in India. His Law Enforcement Operations role saw him support the UK & Ireland’s police forces on crime and counter-terrorism cases. Scott also brings Collections & Recoveries experience as a former Litigation & Repossession Manager and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland (MCIBS).
