Currently serving as Prudential Regulation Lead at NatWest Group, Suresh spearheads the development and implementation of bank-wide risk management frameworks, providing oversight on market and credit risk models across multiple geographies. Prior to his current role, Suresh held leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer at KKCL Consulting Ltd., where he delivered niche consulting services to banking and insurance clients, and Head of Model Risk & Governance at Metro Bank, where he established the bank's prudential risk framework and led successful regulatory submissions.
