Thomas Hougaard has worked on FRTB for more than a decade in various roles. Most recently as FRTB management advisor for SEB Markets FICC getting the front office organization ready for FRTB go-live. Previously Thomas was FRTB responsible for Nordea Markets trading, external presentative and accountable for the large IT programme enabling FRTB compliance in Nordea.
