Greta Brushie is the Director of HCP Engagement Strategy & Operations at ViiV Healthcare, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. After spending 15 years in sales and sales leadership, she transitioned into speaker program strategy and operations, where she now leads one of the industry's largest and most complex speaker program portfolios. Greta oversees more than 2,000 speaker programs annually and supports a speaker bureau of over 200 speakers across four brands.

She partners closely with sales, medical, marketing, and compliance stakeholders to drive meaningful change in speaker program strategy and execution, helping shift organizational focus from program quantity to program quality while introducing innovative delivery methods and reducing barriers for field teams. Greta has also led significant enhancements to compliance monitoring and training, resulting in measurable improvements across key compliance indicators.

In addition, she leads enterprise-wide speaker program initiatives across GSK and ViiV Healthcare, including bureau sizing, forecasting, delivery models, and compliance strategy. Under her leadership, ViiV's speaker bureau utilization efficiency was recognized as the highest in the industry based on 2024 CMS Open Payments data.
