Andrei leads IMPACT46’s Credit Advisory practice which includes debt capital markets and credit funds. He has a broad range of experience in financial services including advisory, fund management, investment banking and principal investing in the Middle East, Africa, and other emerging markets. Since joining IMPACT46, he established the sukuk advisory platform, which has grown to be the leading advisor in the Kingdom's public sukuk markets. He also established IMPACT46's first direct financing fund in partnership with Hala Financing. Prior to joining IMPACT46, Andrei led Sberbank’s Middle East practice, and before that, he was a partner at PwC. Andrei holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS and MEng in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
