His work spans a range of industries with particular focus on industrials, energy, aviation and real estate.

Before joining AlixPartners, Bader spent a decade in private equity and investment banking, where he led investments across the full deal cycle from origination and due diligence to transaction execution, post-acquisition strategy and exit.
